摘　　要：在对螺纹槽管的实际结构进行切实可行的简化处理的基础上 ,应用边界元法对潜艇冷凝器螺纹槽冷却管 ,在复杂外载荷和温度因素的作用下 ,所引起的应力集中提出了计算、分析方案 ,并针对某一具体型号的TA2钛螺纹槽冷却管 ,给出了计算模型 ,进行了具体的计算、分析 ,求出了应力集中系数 ,为冷凝器的结构设计及强度分析提供了参考数据 ,也为螺纹槽管在电厂、海水淡化等民用换热设备的实际推广应用提供了参考依据 ,可供相关工程技术人员参考利用 .The calculation of stress concentration was done using the boundary element method for a pipe with a screw slot on a condenser used by a submarine with its and structure simplified.The stress concentration factors were established after one given TA2 pipe with screw slot was calculated and assayed.The reference data was given for the structure and strength of a condenser used in a submarine.
