儿童周围血单个核细胞端粒酶活性检测在诊断急性淋巴细胞白血病中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　寻求一种利用周围血来检测微量的白血病细胞的方法。方法　采用 TRAP- EL ISA法检测周围血单个核细胞 (MNC)端粒酶活性。结果　急性淋巴细胞白血病 (AL L )病例组周围血 MNC端粒酶活性表达阳性率为92 .11% ,正常对照组为 2 .6 3%。结论　 TRAP- EL L SA法检测周围血 MNC端粒酶活性可作为诊断 AL L一种简单、敏感的方法。Objective To find a assay for detecting a trace of leukemic cells in peripheral blood.Methods To determine telomerase activity in extracts of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(MNC)by TRAP ELISA assay.Results The 38 acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients,35(92.11%) were tested positive for the presence of telomerase in extracts of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.However,of the 38 nomal peripheral blood from normal children,1(2.63%) was measured positive.Conclusion TRAP ELISA assay is a more simple,sensitive,and specific method for diagnosing acute lymphoblastic leukemia by determining telomerase activity in extracts of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
