摘 要:目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子在前列腺癌和前列腺增生发生与发展过程中的潜在生物学作用及其与肿瘤细胞分化程度的关系。方法 采用免疫组织细胞化学SABC技术 ,对 31例前列腺癌和 17例前列腺增生组织中血管内皮生长因子的表达与分布状况及其与肿瘤细胞分级的关系进行了检测与分析。结果 血管内皮生长因子在前列腺癌和前列腺增生组织中均有表达 ;在前列腺上皮细胞胞浆、基质细胞和间质中呈弥散分布 ,血管上皮细胞及其周围基质细胞呈强阳性表达。半定量分析结果显示 ,前列腺癌组织中表达强度高于前列腺增生组织 ;未发现其表达强度与前列腺癌细胞分级 (或分化程度 )有统计学关联。结论 该研究提示 ,血管内皮生长因子在前列腺癌和前列腺增生组织中分布广泛 。Objective In order to study the Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were involvid in the normal growth and development of human prostate cancer tisues and its cellular implicates. Methods Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) exprission was examined by immunohistochemistry for 31 prostate cancer and 17 benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) tissues.Results The results indicated that all the prostate cancer and BPH tissues stained positively for VEGF and distributed mainly in cytoplasmic of glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells. Strongly positive expression of VEGF was detected in vascular endothelial cells of blood vessels and its surroumding tromal cells in both BPH and prostate cancer tissues. The semiquantitative analysis indicated that the VEGF expression in prostate cancer was stronger significantly than that of in BPH tissues ( P<0.05).Conclusion In prostate cancer, the expression of VEGF was not associated with the grade and BPH tissues were diffuse and widespread.VEGF may have some important roles in the development of prostatecancer.
