摘  要:目的 :探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)及血管生成与卵巢上皮性肿瘤发展的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测 6 1例卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织 (良性 17例、交界性 15例及恶性 2 9例 )VEGF蛋白表达 ,并用第八因子相关抗原抗体 (FⅧ )单抗标记肿瘤新生血管内皮 ,计算肿瘤内微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 :良性、交界性及恶性肿瘤组织中VEGF阳性表达率分别为 35 3%、6 0 0 %、72 4%。交界性及恶性肿瘤中VEGF的表达显著高于良性肿瘤(P <0 0 5) ;从良性组到恶性组 3组肿瘤中 ,其MVD依次升高 (P <0 0 5) ,且与VEGF表达密切相关。VEGF表达及MVD与卵巢癌淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5) ,而与病理学分级、临床分期无关。结论Aim:To study the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and tumor microvessel density in cases of epithelial ovarian neoplasms(EON)(17 cases of benign tumor,15 cases of borderline tumor,and 29 cases of malignant tumor). Methods:Sixty one samples of epithelial ovarian neoplasm tissues were examined for VEGF protein expression by immunohistochemical analysis The new growth endoangiogen was marked with FⅧ RA monoAb.The microvessel density(MVD) of tumor was calculated.Results:The positivity rates of VEGF expression for benign tumor, borderline tumor,and malignant tumor were 35 3%, 60.0% and 72.4%,respectively.The expression of VEGF in borderline and malignant tumor tissues were higher than that in benign tumor ( P <0.05); MVD increased in turn from benign tumor to carcinoma and was correlated with the VEGF expression.Statistical analyse showed that VEGF expression and MVD were both correlated with lymph node metastasis( P <0.05) but not correlated with pathological grading and clinical stage.Conclusion:VEGF and MVD can be used as indexes to define the biological activation of EON.
