摘　　要：[目的]探讨乳腺癌中p27蛋白表达与其生物学行为和预后的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化SP法检测乳腺癌中p27蛋白表达。[结果]p27蛋白表达与乳腺癌组织学类型、组织学分级及腋淋巴结转移呈负相关 ,与预后呈正相关。[结论]检测乳腺癌中p27蛋白表达水平 ,对判断乳腺癌恶性程度、复发转移潜能、评估患者预后 。To explore the relationship between expression of p27 protein and its biological behaviours and prognosis in breast cancer.Detecting the expression of p27 protein in breast carcinoma with SP immunohistochemical method.The expression of p27 protein was negative correlated with histological types and differentiations and lymphnode metastasis,but positive correlated with prognosis.[Conclusions]Detecting the expressive levels of p27 protein in breast carcinoma plays important significance in forecasting aggressive of disease,metastasis,prognosis,and choice of rational therapeutic regimen after surgery.
