摘　　要：目的 :研究p16基因在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法 (SABC法 ) ,检测了 92例乳腺癌组织p16基因蛋白的表达。结果 :发现p16基因表达阳性率为 4 5 7% (42 /92 ) ,p16基因表达与腋淋巴结转移无关 ;但p16阳性者远隔转移率 14 3% (6 / 4 2 )低于p16阴性组 34%(17/ 5 0 ,P <0 0 5 )。本组p16基因表达与疾病缓解期无关。结论 :提示p16基因在乳腺癌病程中起重要作用 ,对筛选乳腺癌术后高危转移患者 ,加强随访诊治有一定参考意义。Objective To study the clinical significance of p16 expression in breast carcinoma.Methods The expression of p16 gene in human breast carcinomas was studied by immunohistochemistry(SABC)to investigate the relationship between the expression and the clinical pathologic parameters.Results The positive rate of p16 was 45 7%(42/92).While no relationship was found between the expression of p16 and lymph node metastasis,the patients with negative expression of p16 have higher incidence of distant metastasis (34%, 17/50) than the positive group(14 3%,6/42), P <0 05.But no correlation was found between p16 and disease free period.Conclusions These findings suggest that the patients with negative p16 expression may be associated with metastasis resulting in poor prognosis.
