中药癌痛克抗炎镇痛的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究中药抗癌痛克抗炎镇痛的作用效果。方法 :取小鼠随机分成 4组 ,每组 11～ 12只。阴性对照组给予生理盐水 30mL/kg ,阳性对照组给予消炎痛 1 2 5mg/kg ,中药大剂量组给予癌痛克2 5 0mg/kg ,中药小剂量组给予癌痛克 12 5mg/kg ,连续灌胃给药 3～ 8d ,每天 1次 ,每次 0 6 5mL ,将二甲苯涂于各组小鼠右耳致炎 ;腹腔注射 0 6 %的醋酸溶液致痛使其产生扭体反应 ;将小鼠置于YSD IX药理热板仪中 ,调节温度 5 5℃ ,观察记录小鼠在不同时间内接触热板至舔后足的时间。结果 :中药癌痛克对二甲苯致炎的小鼠耳肿胀具有明显的抑制作用 ,同时能显著抑制小鼠扭体反应的发生率和延长小鼠舔足反应的潜伏期。结论 :实验研究表明 ,中药癌痛克具有较强的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To investigate the anti inflammatory and analgesic effect of the Chinese medicine:Ai Tongke.Methods The mice were divided into 4 groups randomly,11-12 mice for each group.The mice were given 30 mL/kg physiological saline in negative control group,1.25 mg/kg indomethacin in positive control group,250 mg/kg Ai Tongke in high dose group of Chinese medicine and 125 mg/kg Ai Tongke in low dose group.All were given by penfusion continously for 3-8 days,0.65 mL each time per day.Xylene was spreaded on right ears of the mice to cause inflammation;0.6% acetic acid solution was injected into the abdominal cavity to cause pain in order to produce the result of body bend;put the mice on the YSD IX pharmacological hot plate ang adjusted the temperature to 55℃,observed and recorded the different time when the mice came into contact with the hot plate and when they started to lick their rear feet.Results Ai Tongke has the obvious inhibition to the ear tumefaction caused by the xylen,and can inhibit obviously the incidence of body bend and prolong the incubation period of rear feet licking.Conclusions The reseach shows that the Chinese medicine Ai Tongke has a prominent anti inflammatory and analgesic effect.
