非小细胞肺癌表达p53蛋白与放疗敏感性

摘　　要：目的 :研究p5 3蛋白在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)组织中的表达水平与放疗敏感性的关系。方法 :采用常规的 10 %甲醛固定 ,石蜡包埋标本 ,免疫组化分析p5 3蛋白的表达及其与放疗敏感性的关系。结果 :p5 3蛋白表达阳性率为 4 0 % (2 0 / 5 0 ) ,70 % (2 1/ 30 )的p5 3蛋白 (- )肿瘤放疗有效 ,而p5 3蛋白(+ )中仅 15 % (3/ 2 0 )有效 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :p5 3蛋白可作为NSCLC放疗敏感性预测的参考指标。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expression levels of p53 correlate with the rosponses to radiotherapy in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemical staining of formalin fixed,paraffin embedded tissue sections of NSCLC was performed using a monoclonal antibody against p53.Results p53 expression were 40%(20/50).85% of the p53(+)were low radiotherapy responserate while 70% of p53(-)were high radiotherapy response rate.Conclusions p53 may play important role in determining tumor radiosensitivity in NSCLC.
