摘　　要：目的 :探讨鼻咽侧壁颈动脉体瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断与治疗。方法 :鼻咽侧壁颈动脉体瘤 2例 ,男女各 1例 ,2 2～ 6 2岁 ,平均 4 2岁 ,患者均行手术治疗。结果 :1例随访 5年后失访。另 1例随访 5年 ,情况良好。结论Objective:To discuss the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of carotid body tumor located on the lateral wall of nasalpharyngeal.Method:Two patients with carotid body tumor located on the lateral wall of nasalpharyngeal,1 male and 1 female,aged 22 and 62 years were performed surgical treatment.Result:One patient lost follow-up after 5 years,while the other one was well after 6 years follow-up.Conclusion:According to the data,surgical treatment is the only method for carotid body tumor located on the lateral wall of nasalpharyngeal.
