摘 要:目的 :研究全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)对晶体上皮细胞 (LECs)增殖的抑制作用。方法 :取体外培养的第 2代兔晶体上皮细胞 (RLECs) ,分为正常培养 (对照组 )和加入不同浓度 (1× 10 - 8~ 1× 10 - 5mol/L)ATRA的实验组 ,分别于培养后 2 4h和 4 8h观察各组晶体上皮细胞的形态学改变 ,计算各浓度ATRA的增殖抑制率。结果 :各种浓度的ATRA对兔晶体上皮细胞均有明显的抑制作用。随浓度升高 ,细胞形态异常改变趋于明显 ;其抑制率由低浓度时的 14 .0 %增至高浓度时的 75 .7% ;1× 10 - 6 mol/L为最高有效浓度 ,半效量 (LD50 )浓度为 0 .85× 10 - 6 mol/L。结论Objective: To study the effect of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on the proliferation of lens epithelial cells. Method: Rabbit lens epithelial cells (RLECs) cultured in second generation were divided into, control group and groups treated with ATRA in different concentrations from 1×10 -8 to 1×10 -5 mol/L. The morphological changes of RLECs were examined under microscope, and the percentage of the cell inhibition was calculated after the incubation for 24h and 48h. Result: The inhibition of RLECs proliferation was marked in all ATRA concentrations. As the concentration increasing, the morphological changes of RLECs became more distinct, and the percentage of cell inhibition increased from 14.0% to 75.7%, the most effective concentration was in those of 1×10 -6 mol/L. Conclusion: RLECS can inhibit proliferation of RLECs in vitro.
