摘　　要：以N,N -二羟乙基十二烷基胺为原料,以多聚磷酸为磷酸化试剂合成了新型两性表面活性剂单磷酸 -2-(N -羟乙基 -N-十二烷基)氨基乙酯.经正交试验确定最佳工艺条件为n(N,N -二羟乙基十二烷基胺)∶n(多聚磷酸)=1.2∶1,120℃反应6h,并对其进行了性能测试.结果表明其具有优良的去污力、乳化力和抗静电性,可用作洗涤剂。With N,N-dihydroxyethyl laurylamine as raw material, novel ampho-surfactant mono-phosphate-2-(N-hydroxyethyl-N-lauryl) ethyl aminate was sythesized using polyphosphate as phosphaticing reagent. Through orthogonal experiment, the optimal process conditions were determined:n(N,N-dihydroxyethyl laurylamine)∶n(polyphosphate)=1.2∶1, reacting temperature 120℃ for 6 hours. Its performance was tested. The results showed that it has good soil releasing power, emulsifying power and anti-static property and can be used as detergent, anti-static agent, and emulsifying agent for spinning oil.
