摘　　要：为研究B-CLL白血病细胞的发育,对9例B-CLL白血病细胞用咐醇酯(TPA)进行诱导试验,并对其诱导前后进行透射及扫描电镜观察,发现 B-CLL 细胞对 TPA 反应不同,其诱导后的形态也不同,表现明显的异质性,并发现部份病例经 TDA 诱导后呈现 HCL (毛白)诱导后的形态,为毛白亚型。In order to study the development of leukemic cells in B-chronic lymphoid leuk-emia(B-CLL),TEM and SEM studies were performed in 9 cases before and after ex-posed to TPA.The results showed: lymphocytic cells in B-CLL responded differentlyto exposure to TPA in vitro in all cases examined in this study,and great heterogen-eity in morphology of B-CLL cells after TPA was found.Twocases of hairy cellleukemlavariant were examined after exposure to TPA.
