非何杰金氏淋巴瘤流式细胞术分析及临床意义

摘　　要：本文用流式细胞术(FCM)对86例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)进行了分析。发现NHL异倍体发生率及S期比率均明显高于正常淋巴组织,且随恶性程度增高异倍体发生率及S期比率上升。S期比率≥18％组两年存活率明显低于<18％组。提示FCM对NHL诊断与预后判断有一定价值。The DNA content and proliferative activity of paraffin-embedded tissue from 86 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) were measured by flow cytometry (FCM). Twenty-eight (32.6%) samples showed evidence of aneuploidy with one sample having multiple an-euploid population. The FCM data in the NHL was compared to the morphologic diagnosis made according to the Working Formulation of NHL for Clinical Usage. The mean percentage of cells with S-phase DNA content for the low grade NHL (15.55±4.93%) was significantly lower than that of intermediate grade NHL (19.38±3.57%) and the value for the intermediate grade NHL was significantly lower than that of high grade NHL (22.12 ± 2.87%). In 67 samples the S-phase values below 18% had a significantly better two years survival than those with S-phase above 18% (P<0.01).
