摘　　要：[背景 ]总结分析老年人颅内肿瘤的临床特点 ,探讨如何作到早期诊断、早期治疗、减少并发症、降低死残率 .[病例报告 ]4 1例老年人颅内肿瘤患者全部行手术治疗 ,术后恢复良好 2 4例 ,好转 7例 ,无改变 4例 ,死亡 6例 .术前误诊、漏诊率达 66% .[讨论 ]老年人颅内肿瘤多并存其他疾病 ,详细了解病情 ,做必要的补助检查 ,并做好鉴别诊断是预防误诊。BACKGROUND?It was summarized and analyzed in senility citizen that the clinic characteristics of intracranial tumors, early diagnosis and treatment in order to reduce the complication and mortality rate.?CASE REPORT?All of 41 cases of intracranial tumors were treated by operation, in which 24 cases had excellent recovery, 7 cases good recovery, 4 cases no recovery and 6 cases died. The misdiagnosis rate and rate of missed diagnosis was 66% before operation.?DISCUSSION?Most of intracranial tumors in senility citizen combined with other system diseases. It is important measure for preventing the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis to know the state of the diseases in detail, perform the indispensable examination and make the differential diagnosis.
