小城镇居住环境质量评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：目前 ,居住环境的质量越来越受到人们的重视 ,为了对居住环境做进一步的研究 ,有必要建立一套科学完整的、可量化的居住环境质量评价体系。该体系的建立 ,坚持以人为本、可操作性、层次性和动态性的原则 ,从物质环境和社会环境两个大方面构建了一个“大类 -中类 -小类” 3个层次的评价指标体系 ,并对组成该体系的主要指标进行了说明 ,旨在从各指标的分析比较中 ,找出先进经验和存在问题 。The quality of habitation environment is important at present. Its necessary to set up a scientific and quantitative evaluation target system of habitation environment quality for the sake of doing further investigation. This system insists the principle of maneuverability, hiberarchy and dynamicity. It builds a evaluation target system of'big kind middle kind small kind' on physical and social environment,in order to find out advanced experience, guard the construction of habitation environment.
