摘　　要：国有股减持工作中存在观念、体制、价格。The State Council of PRC issued Provisional Regulations of Reducing Holding of State-Owned Shares and Raising Funds for Social Security(hereafter abbreviated as Provisional Regulations)on June the twelfth,2001.Then on the evening of October the twenty-second,2001,the Securities Supervision Board of China declared it suspended after its 4-month implementation.It can be told accordingly that Provisional Regulations failed to achieve certain results as expected in the course of the implementation and there remains a number of problems to be solved.Then what are the obstacles to the reduction in holding state-owned shares?This article intends to probe into this question.
