摘　　要：介绍六流方坯连铸机中间罐水口的改进过程,研究钢水[Mn]含量和水口中ZrO_2对水口使用寿命的影响,并对水口使用寿命的提高进行了经济效益分析。The reform of billet CC tundish nozzle are introduced. The effects of Mn content in molten steel and ZrO2 content in nozzle on the life of nozzle are also studied. In addition, the economic benefit is analysed.
