摘 要:研究了等离子 激光 (plasmasprayingandlaserremelting ,PS&LR)复合制备NiCrAlY Al2 O3 层的抗氧化性能。Al2 O3 的加入量为 (质量分数 ,% ) 10~ 30 ,粒度分 5 0~ 75 μm和 0 31μm两种。 10 0 0℃、10 5 0℃下的等温氧化结果表明 ,PS&LR法制备的涂层氧化速率仅为等离子喷涂层的 1/ 2 ,NiCrAlY Al2 O3 层的氧化速率低于NiCrAlY层 ,且随Al2 O3 第二相含量的增加或粒径的减小 ,涂层氧化速率减小。通过氧化动力学曲线、氧化物的形貌和结构 ,分析了Al2 O3The oxidation resistance of NiCrAlY Al 2O 3 coatings obtained by plasma spraying and laser remelting(PS&LR)processes was studied.The range of content of Al 2O 3 second phase was 10%~30%(wt).And two types of grain size of Al 2O 3 which were 50~75μm and 0 31μm were used.As results of isothermal oxidation experiments at 1000℃ and 1050℃,the oxidation velocity of coatings obtained by plasma laser technology is only one half of that of plasma sprayed coatings.The oxidation velocity of NiCrAlY Al 2O 3 coatings is lower than that of NiCrAlY coatings.And the oxidation velocity of NiCrAlY Al 2O 3 coatings is decreased with the content of Al 2O 3 second phase increasing or the grain size of Al 2O 3 decreasing.By analyzing oxidation kinetics,oxides morphology and structure,the mechanism that Al 2O 3 second phase and laser remelting improved oxidation resistance of NiCrAlY plasma sprayed coatings were discussed.
