摘 要:本文用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法 (ICP AES)对不同品种、不同等级及不同产地的茶叶、茶水样品中的一些人体所必需的矿物质和微量元素进行了定量测定。结果表明 ,该法简便、可靠 ,具有良好的精密度和准确度。本研究将对茶叶中一些矿物质和微量元素的鉴定以及在饮茶爱好者的合理购茶、饮茶等方面提供一些有用的信息。It is known that some minerals and trace elements,such as K,Ca,Mg,Mn,P,Zn,Fe and Pb are the necessary elements in human body.The lack of these elements can cause various diseases.Because tea contains all kinds of minerals and trace elements,drinking tea is healthy for people.In order to contrast tea of different sort,grade and producing area,the minerals and trace elements in the tea have been determined using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP AES) technique. The experimental results show that the measuring method is simple, reliable and accurate.Furthermore,it has been seen from the results that the content of the minerals and trace elements in tea is only dependent on the sort of the tea,which indeed does not connect directly with the grade of the tea.The content of the elements dissolved in water is determined by the existing form of the elements in tea.The study will be valuable in the appraisal of the minerals and trace elements in various tea,and be helpful for people who like drinking tea.
