红毛五加多糖-Ⅰ诱导体外人胃癌细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨红毛五加多糖 - 的抑癌机制。方法　采用 DNA电泳和流式细胞术检测红毛五加多糖 - 对胃癌细胞的影响。结果　该多糖作用 36小时后 ,电泳可见胃癌细胞 DNA的梯状图谱 ,流式图上出现凋亡峰。结论　表明红毛五加多糖 -Objective To investigate the effect of Acanthopanax Giraldii Harms Var Hispidus Hoo polysaccharides(AGP-Ⅰ) on the human gastric cancer cell. Methods DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry techniques were adopted. Results After treatment with AGP-Ⅰ, apoptotic peaks in cell cycle analysis and DNA ladder on the agarose gel were observed. Conclusion The results indicate that AGP-Ⅰmay inhibit cancer by inducing cancer cell apoptosis.
