潘托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的比较

摘　　要：目的 :观察并比较潘托拉唑 (Panto)及奥美拉唑 (Ome)治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 :将 2 5 6例经内镜确诊的消化性溃疡患者分为 2组 ,Panto组 132例 ,使用Panto 40mg ,po,qd× 4wk ;Ome组 12 4例 ,使用Ome 2 0mg,po ,bid× 4wk。结果 :治疗 4wk后 ,溃疡愈合率在Panto组中胃溃疡为 88 5 % ,十二指肠溃疡为 95 0 % ;在Ome组中胃溃疡为 87 0 % ,十二指肠溃疡为92 3%。疼痛平均消失时间Panto组为 (3 2± 3 1)d ,Ome组为 (3 5± 2 5 )d ,2组均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 2组不良反应均轻微。结论 :Panto及Ome治疗消化性溃疡均有良好的疗效。AIM: To compare the efficacy of pantoprazole (Panto) and omeprazole (Ome) in treating peptic ulcer. METHODS: Two hundred and fifity six patients with peptic ulcer were divided into 2 groups: 132 patients in Panto group received Panto 40 mg, po , qd for 4 wk and 124 patients in Ome group received Ome 20 mg, po , bid for 4 wk. RESULTS: After the 4 wk treatment, ulcer healing rates of the gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in Panto group were 88.5 % and 95.0%, respectively. The ulcer healing rates of the gastric ulcer and doudenal ulcer in Ome group were 87.0% and 92.3%, respectively. The average time of pain disappearance in Panto group and Ome group were (3.2±3.1) d and (3.5±2.5) d, respectively. No significant differences among 2 groups ( P >0.05, respectively) were found. The adverse drug reactions in 2 groups were mild. CONCLUSION: Panto and Ome have good therapeutic effects on peptic ulcer.
