肺癌血清CA125测定的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 :探索血清CA12 5在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法 :检测 6 9例肺癌、38例良性肺疾病和 2 5例健康人的血清CA12 5。随访 4 0例肺癌患者治疗后血清CA12 5的变化。结果 :肺癌组血清CA12 5 (12 4 9± 175 9u ml)高于良性疾病组和健康人组 (2 8 1± 2 1 7u ml,18 2± 7 1u ml)。以CA12 5 >35u ml为阳性界值 ,则正常健康人均为阴性。对诊断肺癌的敏感性为 5 3.6 % (37 6 9)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌血清CA12 5阳性率 (2 0 % ,2 8% )与良性疾病组 (15 8% )无显著差异 ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺癌CA12 5阳性率分别为 6 1 0 %、72 7%显著高于良性疾病组。血清CA12 5增高的 4 0例肺癌患者经治疗后 ,CA12 5浓度降至正常范围内者 38例。结论 :血清CA12 5对晚期肺癌有诊断价值。Purpose:To explore the diagnostic value of serum CA125 in the determination of lung cancer. Methods:Determination of serum CA125 in sixty nine lung cancer patients before and after treatment, thirty eight benign lung disease cases and twenty five healthy persons. Follow up was done to study the changes of serum CA125 in forty lung cancer cases after therapy.Results:The level of serum CA125 of lung cancer groups was higher than the other two groups. Fixing CA125 level of >35u/ml as positive limit, the sensitivity of CA125 for diagnosis of lung cancer is 53.6%. There was no significant difference between stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ lung cancer and benign, healthy groups, but the level of serum CA125 of stageⅢ?Ⅳ was higher than control groups. Thirty eight of forty lung cancer patients with higher CA125 level dropped to normal after therapy. Conclusions:Serum CA125 has high diagnosis value in lung cancer. It can be a vital index in lung cancer staging and prognosis.
