摘　　要：针对信息时代中小企业的发展特点,指出利用“一体化”管理软件实现一体化管理模式是中小企业在信息时代能否成功迎接挑战的关键所在,“一体化”管理软件在价格、功能等方面均要适应中小企业的需要。According to the developing peculiarity of the middle & small enterprises in information era,some ideas are put off,namely,whether the middle & small enterprises achieves or fails,the signinicant thing is set up the model of integrative management by using the integrative management software,which the software are supposed to meet the needs of middle & small enterprises in price and function.
