摘　　要：通过分析经济与伦理的辩证关系及经济伦理功能和效用入手,结合我国社会主义市场经济建设的需要,阐述构建一种新的、与我国当前经济体制相适应的社会主义市场经济伦理的重要性和必要性。Through analyzing the relation between economy and ethics,the function and utility of economic ethics,and the requirements of our socialist marketing economy,this thesis is to expatiate the importance and necessity of a new economic ethics which is suitable for the current economic system.
