摘　　要：介绍了地面自动过分相转换装置的原理、主要设备、硬件、软件和应用情况,以及在提高既有线路通过能力、行车速度带来的经济效益和社会效益,并提出本装置改进的方案。It introduces the principles, principal equipment, hard wares, soft wares and applications of ground automatic passing over of neutral section as well as improving the traffic ability in the existing line, economic benefits and social benefits brought up by raising up the running speed of the train.
