摘 要:分析了三环减速器在使用中出现振动大、温升高和转臂轴承使用寿命短等问题的原因 ,针对存在的问题 ,根据油膜浮动均载原理、同步带的减振和吸振作用、功率分流原理和传动机构的动力平衡原理 ,设计出了一种以同步带传动作为一级传动 ,实现三环传动的同步输入的油膜浮动、完全平衡、均载减振的新型三环少齿差齿轮减速器。分析了用于新型三环减速器时油膜浮动装置的均载机理。样机的传动效率和均载试验表明 ,油膜浮动均载的两级三环减速器的传动效率达 92 .3% ,均载后的载荷分配不均匀系数为1 .1。In this paper, the cause of high vibration, high temperature and short spin arm bearing on ordinary three-ring gear reducer in operation is analyzed In accordance with the problems and according to equilibrating load principle of oil-film floating, reducing vibration and assimilation vibration of synchronous belt, power separation flow and mechanism dynamic balance principle, the authors design a new three-ring type gear reducer of oil-film floating, and the reducer is of full balance, equilibrating load and reducing vibration.The reducer uses synchronous belt transmission as one-stage transmission and comes true synchronous input of three-ring transmission The two side ring plates of three inner ring plates are arranged symmetry and phase 180° to the middle ring plate The equilibrating load principle of oil-film floating device on new three-ring type gear reducer is analyzed .The mechanism transmission efficiency and equilibrating load experiments of prototype machine show that its transmission efficiency is about 92.3% and its load distribution non-uniform coefficient is about 1.1 after equilibrating load.
