手术前后联合腹腔化疗预防胃癌术后腹腔复发临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨手术前后腹腔联合化疗对胃癌根治术后腹腔复发的预防效果。方法 :将胃癌根治手术病人分为术前、后联合化疗及仅行术后腹腔化疗二组。前组于术前一周经腹腔穿刺置管滴入化疗药顺铂及 5 FU。术后二组均行腹腔化疗 ,随访 1～ 3年。结果 :实验组腹腔脱落细胞阳性率明显低于对照组 ;1年生存率二组间无差别 ,2年生存率二组差异显著 ,3年生存率无差异。结论 :手术前后联合腹腔化疗对预防胃癌根治术后objective: To approach the prevention of pritoneal rucurrence of gastric cancer after curative resection by prfusing peritoneal chemotherapy pre and postoperative. Methods: Two groups were analyzed:①pre and postoperative perfusing peritoneal chemotherapy. ②postoperative perfusing peritoneal chemotherapy only. One week before the operation, 5 FU and CDDP were perfused to peritoneal in group one. PEIP was taken in both groups. The following up time was 1～3years. Results: The positive rate of pritoneal free cell was lower in group one than that in group two. Two years survive was significantly higher in group one than that in group two. Conclusion: Procedure of pre and post operative perfusing peritoneal chemotherapy would be effect to some extent in preventing the peritoneal recurrence of gastric cancer.
