摘　　要：目的　探讨CyclinE蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)中表达及与肿瘤临床病理特征之间的关系。 方法　应用鼠抗人CyclinE单克隆抗体对 6 5例BTCC和 12例正常粘膜进行免疫组化SP法染色。 结果　CyclinE在BTCC中阳性表达率随着病理分级 (P <0 .0 5 )和临床分期 (P <0 .0 1)的升高而增高 ,有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组差异非常显著(P <0 .0 1)。结论　CyclinE对BTCC的分化、浸润和转移可能起促进作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin E protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) and to evalue its relationship with the biological behavior of the tumour. Methods With mouse anti human Cyclin E monoclonal antibody immunohistochemitry assay was used to examine the expression of Cyclin E in 65 cases of BTCC and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue as contrast. Results There was a positive correlation between Cyclin E expression and the pathological grade ( P <0.05), clinical stage, lymphoid node metastasis of BTCC ( P <0.01). Conclusion Cyclin E may play a role in promotion of the differentiation, infiltration and metastasis of BTCC, and the examination of Cyclin E expression in BTCC may has an important theoretical significance to judge its prognosis and biological behavior.
