摘　　要：目的探讨超早期手术治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)患者的临床意义。方法对37例采用超早期手术(6h内)和延迟手术治疗的43例患者的临床康复情况进行对照比较。结果超早期手术患者意识恢复快,并发症发生率低,神经功能恢复快,3月后日常生活(ADL)评判优于延迟手术组。结论超早期手术治疗对HICH的临床康复疗效显著,有手术指征患者应积极争取超早期手术。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the supraearly stage operation on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients.Meth ods the rehabilitation of the37cases operated on in6hours after admission and those of43cases operated delayedly were comparied.Re sults The recovery of consciousness level and nerve system function were more quickly,with lower rate of complications and better ADl assess after3months in patients operated on early than those operated on laterly.Con clu sion The operation of supraearly stage on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is conducive to the clinical rehabilitation,and the patients with the optimal operative indication should be operated on in supraearly stage.[
