摘　　要：目的 :探讨周围神经选择性切断术治疗成人脑瘫手部畸形的疗效 ,为临床治疗痉挛性脑瘫提供一种选择方法。方法 :本组总结成人脑瘫 6例 ,男 3例 ,女 3例。年龄 19～ 2 9岁 ,平均 2 4岁。采用电刺激测定 ,高选择性周围神经切断术 ,降低上肢肌张力 ,同时应用肌腱转移术矫正手部畸形。结果 :SPN具有创伤小、出血少、切口小、操作简便、手术时间短和并发症少等优点。结论 :选择性周围神经切断术治疗脑瘫 ,效果安全、可靠 ,可达到Objective:To investigate the effect of selective peripheral neurectomy (PRN) on the treatment of adults with clubhand of cerebral palsy and provide a way for treatment of spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:Six patients were treated with PRN to reduce the muscle tension in the upper limbs. The intraoperative electrical stimulation was used to determine the nervous activity.At the same time,the tenomyoplasty was used to rectify the deformity of clubhand.Results:SPN simplified the operative procedure,maintained the maximal stability of the spinal column,and gave a lower incidence rate of complications.Conclusion:SPN is safe,and has a good clinical value as SPR.
