小乳腺癌的X线征象分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨较早期乳腺癌的X线征象特点 ,以提高对乳腺癌诊断水平。方法 :回顾性分析了经手术病理证实的 10 6例直径 <2cm较早期乳腺癌的X线表现。结果 :在 10 6例乳腺癌患者中 ,肿瘤结节 91例 ;钙化 45例。导管扩张 4例 ,局部结构紊乱 2 1例 ,小灶性密度增高 8例。结论 :认识上述诸多X线表现 。Objective:To investigate the breast imaging features of molybdenum x-ray, in order to improve the diagnostic rate of small breast cancer.Methods:To analyse retrospectively the x-ray findings of 106 cases with breast cancer less than 2cm in diameter. All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results:Among 106 patients, 91 cases showed knob,45 cases had calcification,21 cases showed focal architecture distortion, 4 cases had dilated duct,28 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density.Conclusion:To recognize the x-ray findings of nearly early breast cancer is very valuable in the diagnosis and differentiating diagnosis.
