摘  要:目的 :初步探讨自制国产硅橡胶印模材料对全冠的适合性。方法 :将 12个类复合树脂的高分子材料主模型随机分成两组 ,分别用国产硅橡胶和Exaflex硅橡胶两种印模材料制作SDA_Ⅱ型中熔全冠 ,分别在体视显微镜下测量边缘密合度情况和面浮升量。结果 :国产硅橡胶组的边缘间隙 (marginalopen)为 0 10 2mm± 0 0 19mm ,面浮升量 (innerfit)为 0 0 91mm± 0 0 2 2mm ,Exaflex的边缘间隙为 0 0 85mm± 0 0 16mm ,面浮升量为 0 0 74mm± 0 0 34mm。国产硅橡胶组与Exaflex组边缘适合性和面浮升量无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :自制硅橡胶印模材料取模制作SDA_Ⅱ型全冠的适合性在临床上可接受。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of a new silicone rubber impression material on the fit of SDA_Ⅱ alloy crowns.Methods:Totally twelve tooth_preparation analogs were divided into six groups. Two kinds of impression material (Jeltrate Exaflex) and a new silicone robber impression material were used. A total of 12 impressions were obtained from 12 master models with the 1_step technique directly. And then the fitness of SDA_Ⅱ alloy crowns was examined. The measurements were recorded at 3 points for a marginal fit and inner fit evaluation respectively. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in marginal open and inner fit of SDA_Ⅱ alloy crowns between both impression materials (P>0 05). Conclusion:The SDA_Ⅱ alloy crown fabricated by using the new impression material yields acceptable marginal fit and inner fit.\;
