摘　　要：目的 :研究食管癌旁上皮p5 3和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达及意义。方法 :用免疫组化法检测 32例食管正常黏膜上皮、12 4例增生上皮及 12 0例不典型增生上皮中p5 3和PCNA的表达。结果 :正常食管黏膜上皮中无p5 3的积聚。增生上皮及不典型增生上皮中p5 3积聚率分别是 5 5 %和 79% ,二者之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。PCNA的 5 0 %的阳性率分别是0 .8%和 31.7% ,差异亦有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :p5 3的改变在上皮癌变前即已存在。p5Objective:To investigate the expression of p53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in esophageal paracancerous epithelium and its significance.Methods:Esophageal paracancerous epithelium were tested for p53 and PCNA using immunohistochemical technique.Results:The positive stain were not found in normal epithelium.The p53 accumulation rates in hyperplasia and dysplasia were 55% and 79%( P <0.01).PCNA immunostain positive cell increased in number from hyperplasia to dysplasia.Conclusions:p53 protein accumulation occurs early in the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer.p53 accumulation and PCNA may serve as an indicator of malignancy in human esophageal epithelium.
