摘　　要：目的 :探讨乳腺病变中 Cerb B2和 Bcl2表达与细胞增殖状态的关系。方法 :对 1 1 1例乳腺病变的石蜡切片标本进行免疫组织化学染色。结果 :良性病变中导管内乳头状瘤病的 Cerb B2和Bcl2的表达高于乳腺纤维腺病和纤维腺瘤 ,差异具有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。乳腺癌中 Cerb B2表达随PCNA增强而增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,这种表达与肿瘤大小和组织学分级呈正比 ,与激素受体水平和 5年生存期呈反比。Bcl2表达随 PCNA增强而减弱 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,这种表达与肿瘤组织学分级和淋巴结转移呈反比 ,与激素受体水平和 5年生存期呈正比。结论 :Cerb B2和 PCNA低表达、Bcl2高表达的乳腺患者肿瘤分化好 ,激素受体水平高 ,预后好。 Cerb B2和Objective:To study the relationship between expression of oncoprotein CerbB2 and apoptosis suppressor Bcl2 and PCNA in breast diseases. Methods:Immunohischemical stain was employed in the experiment.Results:Expression of both CerbB2 and Bcl2 was significantly higher in breast intraductal pappillomatosis than that of remaining both benign diseases including fibroadenoma and fibroadenosis ( P <0 05), furthermore, the both expressions of CerbB2 and Bcl2 were remarkably higher in breast cancer than that of benign breast diseases ( P <0 01). There was a coordinated relationship between the expression of CerbB2 and PCNA,however,inverse relationship between the expression of Bcl2 and PCNA was found.The relationshyip between the expression of CerbB2 and the level of both extrogen (ER) and progestogen (PR) as well as five year surviral in breast cancer was coordinated but the relationship between expression of CerbB2 and histological grade was inverse coordinated, no related to and lymphnode metastasis.Conclusion:The over expression of Bcl2 and low expression of CerbB2 and PCNA in breast cancer suggests high degree of differentiation.The more expression of ER and PR, the better prognosis. CerbB2 and Bcl2 may be count for as a efficient parameter to indicate the early canceration of the intraductal papillomatosis and the prognosis of breast cancer.
