摘　　要：本文通过介绍信息技术的应用,例如在中小水电站自动监控系统,在水泥厂的生产过程中应用CIMS技术中的质量保证系统等,认为火工厂应当设计和使用电子信息技术,提高生产的安全和质量可靠性。提出实现此目标的3个步骤:单机(或单一工序)的信息传递系统;生产线的信息控制系统和全厂的生产信息管理系统。最后探索此技术有其实现的可能性和经济意义。Information technology is widely used in modern industry, e.g. automatic monitoring system in hydroelectric power plant, the application of CIMS for quality control system in cement manufacturing factory, etc. This paper discusses the designing and using of electronic information technology to improve the safety and quality in production, and offers three procedures for realization: (1) information transmission for single machine system; (2) the information monitoring system of the production line; (3) the manufacturing information management system of the factory, and finally explores the possibility and economic prospect of this technology.
