锌减轻顺铂诱发肝损伤的超微结构研究

摘　　要：本实验用大鼠对顺铂诱发的肝毒性作用及锌对肝细胞是否有保护作用进行了实验超微病理学研究。结果显示单纯给大鼠腹腔内注射顺铂 7mg kg ,可致肝细胞的严重损伤 ,但加用醋酸锌后 ,可明显减轻由顺铂诱发的损伤作用。表明锌能有效地保护肝细胞 。An ultrastructure pathological experiment was conducted to study the liver toxin caused by cisplatin and the protection of zinc to hepatic cells on rat. The result showed that the hepatic cells of the rat were seriously damaged by injecting cisplatin 7mg/kg into intraperitoneal and could be alleviated obviously by administering acetic zinc. It indicates that zinc can be a good protector to hepatic cells to alleviate the damages of cisplatin.
