摘 要:在正常SD雄性大鼠 (2周龄~ 2 7月龄 )第三脑室底正中隆起前缘附近 ,本研究用扫描电镜观察到有呈圆柱状中空赘生物出现。该赘生物可分为基底部、体部及末梢部 ,其直径为 2~ 10 μm ,长度为 2~ 2 30 μm。通过观察该赘生物的形成过程 ,有理由认为它是室管膜细胞过度增生所致 。Scanning electron microscopic observation on the ependymal surface around the median eminence(ME) on the floor of the third ventricle in normal rats, which were from 2 weeks to 27 months in age, SD strain and all male in sex. A column like neoplasm with a cavity in it was found in the anterior portion of ME or on the floor of the third ventricle near ME. The neoplasm would be divided into basal, body and terminal parts. The basal part was cone like, the body part was tube like, 2~10μm in diameter and 2~230μm in length; some of the terminal part was tapering and closed in its end while the other terminal was tube like and opened at its end in shape. The ependyma around the neoplasm had wave like folding during the geminating state of the neoplasm. It might be suggested that the neoplasm would be derived from excessive hyperplasia of the ependyma, however it differs from the ependymoma.
