摘  要:观察 S-1 0 0蛋白 (S-1 0 0 )在缺血视网膜的分布和变化 ,并以 S-1 0 0作为胶质细胞标记物 ,了解胶质细胞对缺血的反应。阻断大鼠双侧颈总动脉造成视网膜缺血模型 ,于缺血后不同时间 ,用免疫组织化学方法进行观察。结果显示 :(1 )正常视网膜 S-1 0 0免疫反应主要是显示在 M ller细胞 ,少数星形胶质细胞也有反应 ,但着色很弱。 (2 )缺血视网膜 M ller细胞和星形胶质细胞反应增强 ,S-1 0 0着色反应强度随缺血时间不同有变化 :缺血 7天达高峰 ,缺血 1 4天和 3 0天逐渐减弱 ,但仍较正常视网膜强。 (3 )不论缺血还是正常视网膜 ,均未见 S-1 0 0免疫反应阳性的节细胞、双极细胞或感光细胞。结论 :缺血情况下 ,视网膜胶质细胞反应和 S-1 0 0蛋白表达的增强 ,可能有抗缺血损伤的作用。The aim of this study is to examine the distribution and changes of S 100 protein (S 100) in ischemic retina of the rats, and use S 100 as the marker for glial cells to observe the reaction of glial cells under ischemic condition. The ischemic model of rat retina was made by occluding the bilateral common carotid arteries. The expusion of S 100 paotein was studied by using immunohistochemical technique at different time point after ischemia The results are as follows:(1) in the normal rat retina, S 100 immunoreactivity was showed mainly in Muller cells. A few astroglia cells were also positive but their immnostaining was very weak. (2) Alter the ischemia the reactivity of Muller cells and atroglia cells was intensified. Their intensity varied with the time of ischmia the immwnostaining reached a peak at 7d after ischemia, and reduced gradually at 14d and 30d, but still intense as compared with the normal retina. (3) No positive immunostaining for S 100 was detected in the ganglion cells bipolar or photoreceptor cells either in ischemic or normal retina. It is concluded that under the ischemic conditions, the reactivity of retinal glials and the increase of S 100 may have the function of protecting retina from ischemic injury.
