摘 要:研究采用 ABC免疫组织化学技术和图像分析的方法 ,通过观察人卵巢上皮癌组织中 CD3、 CD4、 CD8阳性 T细胞数和表达强度 ,了解卵巢上皮癌局部微环境的免疫状态 ,与卵巢上皮癌发生、发展的关系。结果发现 ,在卵巢上皮癌中 ,CD3+ 、CD8+ T细胞数量明显减少 ,与正常卵巢组织相比较 ,两者具有显著性差异 ,同时其表达强度也明显降低 ,并与临床分期和病理分级相关。 CD4+ T细胞数量明显减少 ,与正常卵巢组织相比较具有显著性差异 ,其表达强度虽呈下降趋势 。The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the immune state of local micro environment of ovarian carcinoma and its relationship with the growth and development of the carcinoma by investigating the number and expression of CD + 3、CD + 4、CD + 8 T cell in human ovarian carcinoma tissues We used ABC immunocytochemistry and computer imaging techniques in the experiment The results showed that the number of positive T cells and their expressive intensity of CD 3、CD 8 were fewer in ovarian carcinoma than in normal ovarian tissues which were related to clinical stages and pathologic grades On the other hand, the number of CD + 4 T cells decreased in ovarian epithelial carcinoma with significant difference while its expressive intensity has only the tendency of reduction without significant difference \;
