中西医结合方法与传统方法治疗压疮的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较中西医结合方法与传统方法治疗压疮的疗效。方法将 5 0例压疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组 2 5例采用艾灸、滴药、湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗压疮。对照组 2 5例采用传统方法治疗压疮。结果实验组有效率 10 0 % ,治愈率 80 %。对照组有效率 10 0 % ,治愈率 4 4 %。两组差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论艾灸、滴药、MEBO治疗压疮的疗效优于传统方法 ,中西医结合方法使创面肉芽生长迅速、不结痂、上皮蔓延修复快、疗程短等优点。建议推广应用中西医结合方法治疗压疮 ,尤其是晚期肿瘤的患者。Objective To compare the effectiveness of integrated Chinese and Westen medicine on bed pressure with that of conventional method.Method 50 patients randomly separated into 2 groups ,25 cases in each one.Treated group was given moxibustion,dripping drug and MEBO.Control group was treated with conventional method. Results The effective rate was 100% in 2 groups ,but in treated group,the curative rate was 80%, in control group,it was only 44%, there is signigicant diffierence between 2 groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion Effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and westen medicine method was super than that of the conventional method.The new method has many advantages, such as quickly growthing of granulation tissue,no crust, epithelium growing quickly, short treated course ,et al. It should be popularized,especially in the patients with advanced tumor.
