摘 要:为使从黄栌叶中提取酸工业化 ,充分利用其剩余废液 ,减少污染。提出利用其剩余废液中的糖以及其它非鞣质成分和H2 SO4,将K2 Cr2 O7中的Cr6+ 还原成Cr3 + 而制成铬鞣剂 ,用于制革。实验结果表明 ,当用其剩余废液固含量为红矾钾重的 6 .6 % ,H2 SO4为 73.6 % ,反应温度为 6 0℃时 ,配得的鞣液具有良好的鞣性。它具有渗透快、不需另加隐匿剂、对边肷部有一定填充作用等优点。另外 ,还对所配鞣液的碱度 ,成革的性能 ,以及其剩余废液的酸量 ,总还原物 ,总固含量作了分析。从理论上和实际上 。In the past years, the leaf of Common Smoketree(cotinus coggygria scop.) was used to hydrolyze with sulfuric acid for preparing gallic acid, however the remaining problem was the leaf hydrolyzed residue(LHR). There were some of tannins, non-tannins, sugars, organic acids and some of the remaining sulfuric acid in LHR. Since there were a larger amount of acids in LHR, it was difficult to treat it with a common way. This study was to develop a process to treat the residue. Theoretically, non tannins and sugars in LHR may be used to make Cr +6 redox to Cr +3 and the acids(organic and inorganic) may replaced some of the sulfuric acid, which has to add in for chrome agent making. At first, the total acids and reducing materials in the LHR were measured with ordinary method. Based on the results, experiments were carried out and optimums conditions obtained for preparing tanning agent: a mixture of 6.6% LHR(in solid weight) and 73.6% sulfuric acid based on potassium bichromate was heated at 60℃for some time until all of the Cr +6 was reduced to Cr +3 .The theoretic basisity of the resultant was 33%,but analysis showed 11% only. The tanning experiment with the agent has showed that it has fast penetration and better filling properties compared to ordinary chromitan. In conclusion, the LHR can be treated to prepare tanning agent by redox. In this way, all of the substances in the residue may be available without discharging.
