摘　　要：随着知识技术的高速发展 ,同时社会对人才的需求不断增加 ,提高质量 ,扩大内涵是成人高等学历教育发展的必然 ,而提高质量对成人医学院校尤为重要。调整旧的教学模式 ,让学员更能扎实的掌握知识 ,使之成为社会的有用之人 。With the rapid development of knowledge and technique and the continually increased requirement of the society for skilled staff and technique.To reinforce the quality and to increase the amount is necessary for developing adult higher education,while to reinforce the quality is especially important for the medical college education for the adults,so to regulate the old teaching model,to make the students to master the medical knowledge solidly and to make them beneficial for the society is the primary task for the adult medical collge reformation
