摘　　要：本文认为经济效益应理解为一种综观效益。经济代价则产生于追求经济效益实践的四个环节中 ,不同环节产生的代价具有不同的属性。经济代价既具有必然性又具有偶然性 ;既有发展性又有潜伏性 ;既有可弥补性又有不可弥补性 ;因而对待经济代价既要有勇 ,在战略上蔑视其 ,不怕付出代价。又要有谋 ,在战术上重视其 。What is economic efficiency?How dose economic price come into being in search of economic efficiency?These are questions should be answered soon in theory and practice.This article regards economic efficiency as synthetic economic efficiency,while four links in the process of pursuing economic efficiency lead to economic price.Different link leads to different price.Economic price is not only fated but casual;not only developing but invisible;not only inexpiable but expiable.So we should face economic price with brave and mentality.Despise it without being afraid of it.At the same time pay attention to it in attempt to get we what with less economic price.
