摘　　要：《资政新篇》是太平天国向西方学习的杰出代表，集中反映了要求发展资本主义的进步性质，在中国近代８０年思想发展史上有着重要的地位。A New Book For Aid in Government is the representative masterpiece for the Tai Ping Kingdom to learn form the west and it's characteristic of a strong demand for the progressive capitalism development,so it secures an important historical place in the 80-year ideological developmental history in modern china.
