摘  要:应用吴仲华教授提出的S1/S2 两类相对流面迭代方法 ,按水蒸气性质计算 ,并将AMDC(Aeiley/Mathieson/Dunham/Came)损失模型引入到计算中 ,实现了两类相对流面的迭代计算 .用该计算方法对某热电联产汽轮机低压级组通流部分的叶片进行了倾扭复合成型设计 ,改变了流道中的压力分布 ,使级反动度沿径向的变化更趋合理 .通过参数优化和静、动叶栅匹配 ,使该级组相对原设计的相对内效率提高了 6 6The iteration method between S 1 and S 2 relative stream surfaces put forward by Professor Zhonghua Wu was implemented. The steam property model and the Aeiley/Mathieson/Dunham/Came (ADMC) aerodynamic loss model were introduced into the calculation procedure. With the method, a sloping twisted combined shaping was performed for the through flow geometry of low pressure stages in a cogeneration double extraction steam turbine. By optimizing the flow parameters and maintaining good match between nozzle and rotor, the pressure distribution in flow path is changed and the radial variation of stage reaction is optimized. The relative internal efficiency of the low pressure stages is increasesd by 6 6 percent.
