摘　　要：本文从企业资源计划实施中的信息流分析出发 ,研究了企业信息的整合和企业信息组织的系统化模式 ,针对管理创新和再造企业的运作需要 。The paper discusses information basis of enterprise resources planning,Studies integration of the information about enterprises and systematic mode of enterprise information organizaiton,On the basis of management needs of innovative enterprises,it discusses information system integration,organization and technology implementation of enterprise.
