摘　　要：“IT黑洞”现象在当今企业发展过程中很常见 ,信息技术的进步并没有使得企业获得预期的经济效益 ,如何避免企业受到“IT黑洞”的影响非常重要 ,运用企业再造战略是一种有效的方法 ,本文讨论了“IT黑洞”与企业再造之间的关系。IT black hole 'phenomena is very common taken place in enterprise's development process.The progress of information technology didn't make enterprise get expected economical benefit.It's very important to avoid enterprise of getting the influence of 'IT black hole '.This paper discuss the relation of 'IT black hole 'and enterprise redesign.
