头孢三嗪噻肟治疗淋菌性结膜炎42例

摘　　要：目的 评价头孢三嗪噻肟对淋菌性结膜炎的治疗效果。方法 对42例淋菌性结膜炎给予头孢三嗪噻肟肌肉注射治疗,每日1次,连续3天,儿童及成人剂量为250mg/日;婴幼儿为25～50mg/kg/日,最大剂量为125mg/日,并辅助以氟喹诺酮类和磺胺类眼药水及红霉素眼膏局部用药。结果 治疗后10天症状消失,结膜刮片细菌学检查均转为阴性。结论 头孢三嗪噻肟肌肉注射治疗淋菌性结膜炎安全有效,应做为治疗淋菌性结膜炎的首选药物。Objective To evaluate the effect of cefatriaxon in treatment of gonocoecal conjunctivitis. Methods Fourty-two cases of gonococcal conjunctivitis were treated with intramuscular cefatriaxon injection ( 250mg qd for child and adult; 25~50mg/kg qd for infant and the maximum no more than 125mg perday)for 3 consecutive days. Fluoroquinolones and erythromycin ointment were used as topical therapy simultaneously. Result The bacterial test of conjunctival cells turned to be negative after 10 days. Conclusion It's highly effective to treat gonococcal conjunctivitis with cefatriaxon intramuscular injection. Cefatriaxon would be the first choice in treating gono-coceal conjunctivitis.
