摘　　要：目的 观察尼莫地平对正常眼压性青光眼的治疗作用。方法 将46例正常眼压性青光眼患者随机分成尼莫地平组和维生素B_1组,治疗6个月及1年后,观察中心视力、眼压、视野的变化。结果 尼莫地平组视野缺损有不同程度改善,而维生素B_1组视野缺损保持原状或有进展。结论 口服尼莫地平对改善正常眼压性青光眼的视野缺损有一定疗效。Objective To observe the effect of nimodipine on normal- tension glaucoma. Methods Fourty-six patients were divided into two groups treated rerpectively with, nimodipine group and vitaminB1 . Visual acuity, intraocular pressure and visual field were examined after being treated for 6 months and 1 year. Results In the nimodipine group, visual field defect was improved to different degrees. But in vitamin B1 group, visual field defect was unchanged and even became worse. Conclusion Oral administration of nimodipine is useful for improvement of visual field defect in patients with normal-tension glaucoma.
