摘　　要：目的　明确不同年龄组乳头旁憩室患胰胆疾病特点。方法　分析我院 1984- 0 7～ 2 0 0 1- 12逆行胰胆管造影诊断的 82例乳头旁憩室。结果　 6 0岁以上年龄组发病率高达 5 0 % ;合并胰胆疾病者达 70 % ,且易误诊。结论　高龄者的乳头旁憩室有其自身特点 。Objective To clarify the characteristics of Juxtapapillary diverticulum complicated by biliary-pancreatic disease in different age groups.Methods 82 cases of Juxtapapillary diverticulum diagnosed by ERCP between 1984-07～200 1-12 in our hospital were analyzed.Results The mobidity of over 60 years old group was up to 50% ,and the mobidity of combined biliary-panereatic diseases was 70%. Conclusion Juxtapapillary di verticulum of senile group had its own characteristics,we should pay more attention to this.
